Upon arrival, claim your baggage and call dispatch from any touch-tone public phone @ toll free number. The Dispatcher will ask your name and reservation number. The dispatcher will then tell you what door to go out. To help you find your vehicle, you will be given a vehicle description with its license plate number. Chesterfield airport regulations require taxi vehicles to remain in a holding lot until we have heard from the passenger, so it may take anywhere from 5-10 minutes for the car to reach you.
